DSG-Canusa’s specialized heat shrink products
for automotive wire harnesses focus on splice sealing and water
blocking/feed through sealing.
Splice sealing is a high volume
and high performance application and DSG-Canusa has met the
industry’s needs with DERAY® SpliceMelt and CFRA. These products are manufactured in Europe and North
America with a 4:1 shrink ratio and a specialty adhesive to meet industry requirements.
DERAY® ColdMelt is a best
in class system for water blocking harness feed through locations
such as the fire wall. It is
a three part system made up of heat shrink tubing, ColdMelt
strips and DERAY® SealMan application equipment. The
system is flexible and craft friendly allowing DSG-Canusa
to rapidly
deploy in new or existing programs.

DERAY® Shrink Appliances
DSG-Canusa, provides an array of heat shrink
oven and appliances to ensure consistent/repeatable installation.
These plug and play units are PLC controlled with quick easy installation
and touch screen operation. They are easily and seamlessly
incorporated into most existing production settings, eliminating
the need for heat guns and torches.
