Heat shrink system with infrared heating elements for terminals and end splices
The DERAY®-Shuttle 660 / 120 is a heat shrink system with infrared heating elements to process heat shrink tubes onto terminals and end splices.
The shrink device has two independent working stations, equipped with customized frames to shrink up to 38 applications per cycle.

Operation
The shrink device DERAY®-Shuttle 660 / 120 has two frames for manual insertion of the tubing lines previously fitted with heat shrink tubing. After one frame has been swung into the heating zone of DERAY®-Shuttle 660 / 120 shrink machine, an automatic shrinking process begins. Two upper and lower infrared ceramic elements heat the shrink tube. During the shrink process the operator continues to load/unload the second frame. Following the shrink process, a cooling cycle is activated and the applications are cooled by fans.
