Circulating hot air shrink equipment
The DERAY®-ACP-V is a circulating hot air shrink equipment with automatic collision detection designed to process single wall heat shrink tubes onto cables.
The DERAY®-ACP-V has two independent frames for the vertical, manual insertion of cables and multicore cable sets. It is especially suited to insulate cables with connected plugs.

Operation
The shrink oven DERAY®-ACP-V has two frames for the manual insertion of cables. After one frame is prepared, the shrink process is started by pressing the start button. The circulating air heating oven glides automatically over one frame. Simultaneously, the operator can extract or prepare the cables on the second frame. After the shrink process is finished, the oven glides into its home position. Following the shrink process, a cooling time is activated and the cables are cooled by fans.
