DERAY®-Shuttle 2.0
Heat shrink system for ring terminals, tubular cable lugs, end splices and battery terminals
The DERAY®-Shuttle 2.0 is a heat shrink system with infrared heating elements to process heat shrink tubes onto terminals and end splices. The shrink device has two independent working stations, equipped with customized frames to shrink up to 20 applications per cycle. As an option, the shrinking machine has a RFID identification system for the reliable detection of the processing parameters.

Operation
The shrink device DERAY®-Shuttle 2.0 has two frames for manual insertion of cables previously fitted with heat shrink tubing. After one frame has been swung into the heating zone of DERAY®-Shuttle 2.0 an automatic shrinking process begins (manual mode, RFID mode, scanner mode, integrated system mode). Two infrared ceramic elements heat the shrink tube. During the shrinking process the
operator continues to load/unload the second frame. Following the shrinking process, a cooling cycle is activated and the applications are cooled by fans.
