DERAY®-DockMan Junior Endsplice
Hot air shrink equipment
The DERAY®-DockMan Junior Endsplice is a hot air shrink equipment to process heat shrink tubes in wiring systems. It is primarily used for mobile, manual use on the cable board with a balancer.
The equipment has been designed specifically to process adhesive lined heat shrink on ultrasonically welded- and crimped end splices on stationary and mobile forming boards in transfer lines.

End splices on wiring harness boards
Operation
The DERAY®-DockMan Junior Endsplice is fixed to the wiring harness board at the previously attached docking station. The end splice to be processed is inserted into the shrink chamber and fixed. When the start button is pressed, the previously selected shrink time is performed. At the end of the process, the finished end splice is removed and the device is docked at the next shrink point.
