DERAY®-WorkMan 2.0 Motion
The DERAY®-WorkMan 2.0 Motion is a hot air shrink equipment with a steplessly horizontal movable shrink chamber is designed to process heatshrink tubes onto a wide variety of applications. The universal machine can be used for both pre-assembly and wire harness series production purposes.

Operation
The application need to be placed into the custom holders (optionally to be locked pneumatically), once the operator left the working cell, the device need to be set manually to the ready to work status for safety purposes. Once the working cell is ready, the operator can launch the shrinking process. The device can shrink punctually on each position within the working cell or can shrink a longer distance as well. The travel speed and the duration of the shrink chamber can be programmed accordingly. A separate cooling can be added as well to each shrinking cycle. During the total process time, the working cell is locked by a safety laser barrier. Once the cell is entered during shrinking process, it’s interrupted until release by higher service level.
