Modified heat shrink tubing
DERAY®-KWS, a modified heat shrink tubing based on cross-linked polyolefins, meets all the needs of cooling water hoses perfectly.
Features and Benefits

- Halogen-free
- Very good abrasive resistance
- Pressure pulse test passed
- Fast shrinkage on to part requiring protection
- No weld connection with the surface of the part
- No deformation of cooling water manifold during shrink process
- Surface can be printed via inkjet process
- Shrink ratio: >2:1
- Continuous operating temperature: -55°C to 135°C
- Shrink temperature: 120°C

Ordering
- Select a dimension which will shrink snugly over the component to be covered. If recovery is restricted the resultant wall thickness will be less than specified.
